Accounting Intern

Location: Kallur, Khammam

Type:Intership -  3 Months

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and finance. The selected intern will work closely with our accounting professionals to support daily financial operations and contribute to the accurate maintenance of financial records.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Assist in preparing financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Help reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing financial records, both physical and electronic.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in auditing financial transactions and documents.
  • Contribute to various financial analyses as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the finance department.
  • Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to accounting is a plus
